Provisional Staff shall serve The Navigators in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.

Collegiate
This Provisional Staff member will be responsible for pioneering one new realm on Chicago college campuses with our city team.
International Student Ministry
This Provisional Staff member will serve in the Chicago Navigators International Student Ministry by meeting and engaging with international students through the pioneering of initiatives, as well as through already existing ministry opportunities.
Disciplemakers for Life / Nav 20s
This Provisional Staff member will serve the 20s Mission of The Chicago Navigators by helping Chicago Nav20s leaders to plan, develop, and execute ministry initiatives.
