We help business people walk with Jesus and live out their faith at work.

We see vocation as a calling and our workplace as a mission field and backdrop for spiritual transformation.

Our Vision

We believe God wants to grow His Kingdom by spiritual multiplication. Through life on life mentoring / discipling relationship, we pass on what we have learned to men and women who will mentor others.

NavWorkplace provides encouragement and support to enable Chicagoland laborers to faithfully and effectively meet and disciple younger believers, helping them to model Christlikeness in their professional lives and to catch the vision to grow His Kingdom through spiritual generations of laborers.

Our Approach

Recruit and train individuals who subscribe to the Chicago NavWorkplace vision in the workplace.
Offer mentoring/discipleship relationships to believers who desire to grow in their walks with the Lord and to live out their faith in the workplace.
Assist individuals in gathering workplace contacts into small groups to investigate the claims of Christ and to grow in relationship with Him.
Create opportunities for encouragement and community through large group gatherings that connect disciples and disciple-makers and offer Godly perspectives on workplace issues.
